We are holding a literary celebration of David Perman’s life and work in London on Saturday 7 November 2026. David was a longstanding supporter and Interviews Editor of Acumen, a poet, journalist, broadcaster, and publisher of Rockingham Press, through which he championed new and established poets, poetry in translation, history and biography.
We warmly invite Acumen readers, contributors, friends, Rockingham Poets, and all those whose lives crossed with David’s to join us from 4 pm. The gathering will include readings, poetry and memories, alongside food and wine and time to meet and talk.
